LEGAL DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Pleadings, motions, orders, and letters drafted to your instructions.

Our paralegal prepares the everyday documents that keep your cases moving. We draft from your templates, instructions, and case file, following the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of your court. Every document goes back to your attorney for review, revision, and signature before it is filed or sent.

DISCOVERY & SUBPOENA PREPARATION

Written discovery, responses, and subpoenas prepared for attorney review.

Discovery takes a lot of drafting, tracking, and follow-up. We prepare outgoing requests, draft responses and objections for your attorney to finalize, and keep track of what has and hasn't been produced, so discovery deadlines stay on schedule.

E-FILING

State and federal filings submitted and tracked for you.

We e-file through eFileTexas in any Texas court that accepts electronic filing, and we know the formatting and filing-code requirements that often lead clerks to reject filings. We track every filing until it is accepted and send you file-stamped copies.

RECORDS RETRIEVAL & EVIDENCE PREPARATION

Records requested, collected, organized, and ready to use.

Getting records from hospitals, employers, businesses, and government agencies takes time and follow-up. We request the records, follow up with custodians until they're delivered, and organize them for production, exhibits, or attorney review. Records can be delivered by mail, express mail, or email. Texas Public Information Act (open records) requests are included.

COLLECTIONS & JUDGMENT DOCUMENTS

From the collection petition to the release of judgment.

Collection work is high volume and depends on deadlines. We prepare the documents your attorney needs at each stage, from the original petition through default, post-judgment discovery, and enforcement, using consistent formatting across your whole caseload. Garnishment and turnover support, abstracts of judgment, and satisfactions and releases of judgment are included.

PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION SUPPORT

Medical records, chronologies, and demand packages for PI firms.

PI case files often include hundreds of pages of medical and billing records from several providers. We request the records, organize them into clear chronologies and bill summaries, and help assemble demand and settlement packages for your attorney to use. All records are handled confidentially. Medical chronologies, medical bill summaries, preservation letters, and demand packages are included.

SERVICE OF PROCESS LEGAL SUPPORT

Citation, substituted service, and publication paperwork prepared to Texas requirements.

Service problems can hold up a case for months. We prepare the procedural documents courts require when a defendant can't be served in person, drafted to Rule 106 and the standards of your court, and we research the requirements for serving parties in other states and other countries.
