Yes. All affidavits are prepared per Texas Rules of Civil Procedure with the correct court caption format for both district and justice courts in Harris County. We verify the court type on every job before preparing the affidavit — Harris County district cases read "IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HARRIS COUNTY," JP cases read "IN THE JUSTICE COURT OF HARRIS COUNTY." We maintain a 97% affidavit acceptance rate.

When providing a business address, include the company name, suite number, and any known hours of operation to maximize first-attempt success.
